Bordering Miami to the north and Tallebudgera / Palm Beach to the south is world famous Burleigh Heads

Located within 15 minute’s drive to either Coolangatta international airport south or all the action of Surfers Paradise to the north putting you at the centre of the Gold Coast famous beach strip.

James Street, characterized by its layback cultured atmosphere, offers an eclectic mix of eateries, cafes, malls, and local shopping.  Burleigh Heads also offers many other restaurants including one of Australia’s only absolute beach front eatery.

Burleigh headland is one of Australia's most easterly national parks it offers a great walking trail from Tallebudgera Creek following the coast line to North Burleigh Heads.

Burleigh Heads offers a vast array of property options for everyone from first home buyers to the extremely wealthy with apartment being offered for as low as $250,000. Beachside of the Gold Coast Highway you will find almost all the original beach shacks have been knocked down to make way for major apartment developments.

Burleigh Point offers some of the best views on the Gold Coast and to acquire a freestanding home here you have to have reasonably deep pockets, 1 million plus just for land, you would also need to be quick when they become available as there are only 10 freestanding homes that are directly on the point. Burleigh Point offers plenty of opportunities for those looking for the perfect apartment with several large and small unit complexes.

Burleigh Hill is also home to some of the area’s most luxurious properties. Positioned to the west behind James Street the majority of Burleigh Hill properties offer amazing views. Burleigh Hill is almost totally built out with freestanding homes, duplexes and large and smaller apartment complexes. A freestanding home on Burleigh Hill could cost 1 million plus and as much as 3 million while you can still buy a duplex for under $800,000 and an apartment for as little as $250,000.

Burleigh Heads also has a residential area known by locals as the pocket. Located west of the Gold Coast Highway and north of West Burleigh Road and popular among all age groups from retirees to young families this area offers mostly freestanding homes. Prices here range from $500,000 and up.

Koala Park a small enclave in Burleigh Heads. A man made subdivision Koala Park offers both freestanding and apartment living. Bordering Tallebudgera Creek Koala Park is very popular with both locals and holiday makers. Buying a property is Tallebudgera Creek would cost as little as $250,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment with freestanding house starting at approx $500,000 and up. Elanora Street and Ocean Parade offer Burleigh Heads only ocean access waterfront properties.
